What type of reporting can I expect?
Arizona Home and Property Services utilizes QRIDit to provide detailed inspection reports upon completing a thorough review of your home’s interior and exterior. These reports, sent directly to your email, include photographs and descriptions of any identified issues, ensuring you stay informed about your property’s condition.
Are your services expensive?
We believe our services provide exceptional value. The cost of proactive home monitoring is minimal compared to the potential costs of damage from leaks, pest infestations, unauthorized occupants, our services represent an excellent investment. We would be happy to discuss pricing during a free consultation.
Do you provide home maintenance services?
We do not perform any repair work ourselves, as we leave that to the professionals we trust. However, we can connect you with trusted contractors or vendors and coordinate access for any necessary repairs.
Are you a house-sitting service?
We are not House sitters. Our primary service involves scheduled visits to your home, during which we conduct thorough inspections based on customized checklists tailored to your needs. Whether visiting on a weekly or bi-weekly basis,we take great care to ensure your home remains in the same condition as when you left it, providing you with a peace of mind.
What are your credentials?
We are proud members of the National Home Watch Association ensuring we meet the highest standards in the industry. Our team is vetted, insured, and trained to provide professional and reliable home watch services.
Can you coordinate with contractors working on my home?
Yes! We offer access services and can provide on-site supervision for an hourly fee. To ensure availability, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to schedule our personnel.
What happens if you find a problem?
Upon completion of our visit, Arizona Home & Property Services will send you a detailed report outlining any issues found, along with photographs and descriptions. If we take any immediate action to prevent further damage, we will contact you right away to discuss the situation and determine the next steps for necessary repairs.

Are you a property inspector?
While we thoroughly inspect your property, its important to note that we are not property inspectors. Property inspectors typically conduct detailed evaluation of a home structure, plumbing, electrical system, and heating and air conditioning units, often during a property’s sale. Our focus is on maintaining your property’s condition while you’re away, identifying potential issues before they escalate.
