Arizona Home Watch company
With a background in plumbing and over 15 years of experience running a successful plumbing business since 2008, we’ve spent years helping homeowners with their most essential home systems. Through our work, we developed close relationships with clients who often asked us to check on their homes while they were away. Seeing the growing need for dependable, professional home watch services, we decided to create a business dedicated to safeguarding homes with the same level of care and attention we bring to plumbing.
Why We Started
Our Arizona home watch business was born from a simple reality: many of our plumbing customers trusted us to look after their homes while they were away. They knew we had the knowledge to spot potential problems early—especially plumbing and water-related issues, which are some of the most common (and costly) concerns for vacant homes.
After years of informally helping customers in this way, we realized there was a real demand for a reliable, professional service that homeowners could count on. That’s why we started Arizona Home & Property Services,to offer thorough, expert Arizona home watch services backed by our experience in home systems, maintenance, and problem prevention.

I’ve called Arizona home since 1985, where I’ve built a life centered on family, community, and a strong commitment to helping others.
With over 35 years in customer service, I’ve always believed in the power of kindness, clear communication, and treating people with respect. My experience spans everything from hospitality and healthcare to running a small business, and I’ve learned that no matter the setting, people just want to feel heard and taken care of.
I help manage the office side of our family-owned company. I’m the voice on the phone, the one keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and making sure our customers feel valued every step of the way.
Family is at the heart of everything I do. I married my husband Scott in 1996, and together we’ve raised three amazing daughters. They’re my biggest inspiration and my greatest joy.

Growing up in Whittier, California, the 1987 Earthquake had a huge impact on where I am today. Our home was condemned and we were not supposed to live in it any longer. My Dad, a do-it-yourself man, worked months to make our home liveable teaching me along the way, from lifting the house to rebuild the foundation, repairing the structure, water, gas and electrical, and re-roofing to make it habitable for us.
All the while we helped our neighbors get things done and they sure helped us as well. I really learned a lot about the good will of people.
When I moved to AZ, I was a manager at a local Ace Hardware for 8 years. This gave me excellent insight into Arizona homes. I left Ace and started working in new construction plumbing. I began working for the Plumbing Connection in 2002 and with my wife, Lisa, purchased the company in 2008. We started our Arizona Home Watch business, Arizona Home & Property Services, based on the need we identified serving the peope of this great valley in our plumbing business.
